Registration will be open from April 1st until May 28th, 2017.
Registrations can be transferred up until June 1st, 2017.
In order to ensure a high-quality experience for Academy students, registration is limited to 50 participants (maximum of 5 students per institution). Team formation will be done during the design camp in Calgary, so individual participants are more than welcome!
The registration fee is $125 CAD. The fee includes:
- Tea, coffee, and snacks from Sunday-Wednesdays
- Lunch from Sunday-Wednesday
- Conference bag and name badge
- CDIO Academy program
- Transportation to and from Banff on Tuesday
- Dinner in Banff on Tuesday
**Please note that this fee does not include accommodations or traveling costs.
A block of rooms with special rates have been secured by the organizers. These rooms are in Yamnuska Hall and are residence-style rooms. The location is perfect for Academy participants, as Yamnuska Hall is located on the University of Calgary campus is are a short walk to the Academy Design Camp location.
Yamnuska Hall, 1-bedroom: $75 CAD
Yamnuska Hall, 2-bedroom: $116 CAD (Note that students rooming together in a 2-bedroom room must know each other)
The above prices are per night, per room, not including taxes or fees. A limited number of each type of room is available. To secure the special rate, ensure that your accommodations are booked by May 8th, 2017.
